Great location, new apartment with great amenities, really terrific management team including Ellie and Noah. Would have happily lived there for longer if not for other life circumstances.
Awesome Landlords!! Bldg in clean and very well built. Great gym. You can’t beat the location. Whenever something brakes or needs attention, it is attended to usually same day, often within hours. Love it here!
I have lived in an Encompass-managed building for almost three years and have signed on for another year-long lease term. The property is clean and well-maintained, offers nice amenities (parking, a secure mail room, a modest fitness center, etc) without a bunch of overblown extra nonsense (I don’t personally need nor would I use an in-building movie theater, but ymmv), and any/all maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly and professionally via a convenient online portal and very communicative and friendly staff.
