I’ve had a good experience with this property management company. They have always been very quick and helpful with repairs and have good communication! I also like how the utilities are just a flat fee each month, would recommend them
Renting with Encompass has been an amazing experience ever since we requested a tour! They’re communicative, reliable, kind, and clearly care about their tenants and properties. The signing process was flexible and easy. The tenant portal makes submitting maintenance requests a breeze and they respond within 24 hours. Maintenance staff are respectful and timely (thanks, Noah!!). I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far! 10/10 would rent again.
Awesome apartment with a modern/updated feel and close to so many cool, local spots. Virtually no issues within the time living here. But the few that we had, such as a door handle being loose or closet off track, they are extremely responsive and quick to come and fix. Usually within a few hours if not the same day.
Great location, new apartment with great amenities, really terrific management team including Ellie and Noah. Would have happily lived there for longer if not for other life circumstances.
Awesome Landlords!! Bldg in clean and very well built. Great gym. You can’t beat the location. Whenever something brakes or needs attention, it is attended to usually same day, often within hours. Love it here!
