I would rent through Encompass Property Management again in a heartbeat. They truly made my tenancy enjoyable and if there were any maintenance requests or questions, they were on top of it! They truly go above and beyond for their tenants to make sure they are well taken care of!!
Completely professional company that truly cares about their tenants. Quick response time, rarely raises rent renewals unless necessary (so you don't feel like they are taking advantage of you and the rising rent costs). This promotes people staying in one spot longer and they like the model of recommending/passing down leases to ensure a respectable, quiet community of neighbors.
