They sent us a letter with our account information, how to create a log in before they merged with encompass. The only complaint that I have, is when they 1st merged, it was showing a payment due, even though it was made. They emailed me back and said it was a system issue.
So my credit union has combined with this bank and it’s been hell since they don’t answer the phone nor return calls or emails nor did anyone give me my new acct information in a letter or anything I’ve been with rediform for over 5 years the best bank ever now I’m leaving because they are dealing with this bank I hate it so bad it’s depressing af !!
DO NOT USE THIS BANK they are constantly providing incorrect information. They forced my wife to get a loan after she told them she lost her job and constantly telling lies every time we call. They are the worst bank iv ever dealt with!!!!
This bank sucks they are very inconsistent and lie to get you to sign paperwork DO NOT GO HERE!!!
