I called and asked to see my doctor because the imodium and clear liquids weren't working and its been 5 days I told the person on the phone I was eating rice and applesauce. They said My doctor was leaving and I could see someone else, I said that would be fine.when I mentioned that my stomach hurt (it was just gas) and I could be dehydrated they said they wouldn't see me. Been a patient of Dr. Hornung for several years. I must say, he is one of the most kindest doctors I have ever seen. Always greets with a smile, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. Wouldn't trade him for anything. 🙂

They called us to let us know they forgot to give a courtesy call last week for our appointment that was in 10 mins from when they called, then proceeded to tell us that we can never go there again due to their mistake. Showed us their true colors right out the gate. 0/5

Called to find a provider for me and my child. I asked what the available doctor’s race OR ethnicity, just to be mindful of another, the receptionist said she didn’t know. I said so you don’t know if she’s white or black, and the receptionist replied “Her skin is black, but I don’t know her ethnicity.” After telling her I also asked for her race not just the ethnicity, there was a ridiculous pause in between and so I hung up.
