This company and the people that are running it are a joke. It's crazy to see some of these reviews say of the exact things that my husband and I have said! I am in process of filing a civil lawsuit against the Board due to breach of fiduciary duty. Every tenant had a legal right to enjoy their property and enjoy peace during the quiet hours mandated by the city. Unfortunately, Estate Management Group doesn’t care about either.
