This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. No matter how clean you leave your place They will keep your deposit. If you ask for maintenance they send you a bill. Mold issues. 7 inspections in 9 months just so they can charge you. No notice of turning off water for more than 12 hrs. Blowing debris off roof onto my car. Definitely rent from a reputable company.
Do not rent from these people. Complete waste of space. If you're being harassed by your neighbors don't expect anything to happen, they don't care. We will be moving as soon as possible to not continue to deal with the trash they keep around. Edit 1: Also if you want to take a vacation they will cut it short with welfare check calls and inspections because of the people who were harassing you.
