This company is incompetent and corrupt. My apartment complex (Willamette Terrace in Salem) barely passed inspection. Rent is raised at least once a year and NO improvements are made. Maintenance requests are routinely ignored. Maintenance issues “fixed” are never fixed properly, I often wonder if they just lie and say they came in and fixed things. The first week I moved into my apartment on D st in Salem my deadbolt broke closed and I was locked out. Four hours later a maintenance tech showed up and drilled out the lock. They replaced the deadbolt but in doing so they dented in the door in a way that the deadbolt could be pulled out and unlocked with a screwdriver. I sent in pictures and tried to get the door replaced for a year with no success. Each time I had called someone had closed the maintenance request even though the problem was never fixed.
