Gin-nine and her team are wonderful and compassionate - the nurses, aides, social workers, and chaplains all were very caring, upbeat and responsive. When we finally had to move dad to memory care, I felt more confident knowing his Enhabit team would still be there making sure he had good care and well-stocked supplies. They provided emotional support for our family too. Rhonda, the chaplain, even attended his funeral which meant a lot to our family.
Horrible Experience 😢 The aid made an already tough situation a thousand times worse. Lack of compassion & empathy from an organization that should be centered around that very thing. Expect to hear from me once I gather my thoughts/emotions.
Very compassionate caregivers.. RN Alivia is the one that came out the most, but not only compassionate for my father, but she always checked on me too! Very caring!! And Julia the Medical Social Worker, is another very compassionate person. For both of them, even if I had a question on the weekend, they would answer.. They will both be in my thoughts Always!! Encompass will be highly recommended by me!!
