Therapists OT,PT are kind and consistent.The nurses have been rotating and one nurse showed up 1/2hr late,then same nurse a couple weeks later made an early a.m. appt to come draw blood,text 5min before appt time and said she was going to be another 1/2hr late.That is unacceptable to be late to your 1st appt of the day saying she kept her same morning routine and didnt realize the time.Doing the same thing twice is a decision to be disrespectful.
Matt has been great, he helped myself, my wife and my Mother In Law recover real quick. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and generally cares about his patient. I highly recommend Enhabit for any physical therapy needs.
Their home health drivers are horrible vehicle 9018 almost hit me and I had my nieces in the car then they proceeded to drive like a mad man and even ran a red light I even have the dash cam proof if they don’t wanna believe me.
I am a caregiver to a client who uses Enhabit for physical therapy. She is currently being seen by Jeff Olson, and I would like to give him some well deserved recognition! He is a wonderful PT, and has really helped her make great progress in the short time that he has been with her. She's had a few others come in, but none have been as great as Jeff. Thank you for all that you do for your patients, and a special thank you to Jeff who is an absolute Rockstar!
This was my 3rd time using Enhabit. In home. The first 2, following strokes. My therapist, both times, Marina, was wonderful. My recovery went smoothly and quicker than expected. This last experience was following knee surgery. This time my therapist, Shane, was considerate and encouraging . As a retired nurse, these are the people you want assisting you. They were courteous, tolerated my nosy cat, always on-time and professional to the max.
