Very frustrating to work with. My wife would sometimes wait 5 hours for her pain meds. The doctor changed her medications without discussing with us first. The communication from the medical team was weak at best. My wife found the nursing staff to be lacking in compassion, rude and just not nice. She could not wait to get out of there.
If you care about your love ones do not send them here. I left worse than I came in. The doctor explained to me that corporations now understand how much money there is in the healthcare industry and so they purchased this rehab.
