Get staff that care. Get Doctors that care. People that actually do their job. Care for their patients. Not just see how much money they can get. Not physically abuse their patients. Get doctors that don't expect patients and family to figure out what kind of medicine the patient needs. Don't kill off their patients. Any of the above will work.
Very caring and dedicated staff. I had to work hard, but they encouraged me whole time. Many blessings on them for the work they do with us patients to return us to our families and homes!
I had some fantastic nurses and the best therapist.
Just got out. Most of the nurses and techs were very good and responsive to the patients needs. Pam was right on top of everything and works very hard because she cares. My OT and PT were great Rebecca, and Patti. My Respiratory specialist was very knowledgeable and took the extra steps to do everything right Nadine.
I have the best physical and occupational therapist ever!!! Doug and Elaine are good at what they do. Being a amputee isn't easy they prepared me to take care of me once I go home!! The nursing staff, doctor, casework and techs had great spirits and are loving and caring!!! Healthsouth Richardson is the greatest!!!
Best care of all The staff is incredible. The therapists are the best!! Especially Deena and Debra
All my caregivers were WONDERFUL! I was there for a week after brain tumor surgery and made huge progress!
