I had the Bad Luck/ Good Fortune to spend two weeks as an inpatient at the Edgewood facility During May, It turned out to be a pleasant stay, Almost like A resort vacation while my shoulder healed. Fantastic Well run Facility Providing Most Excellent Care.
I give three stars the staff on the floor are amazing, they knew our expectations coming in from a traumatic stay at St, E.. I am not fond of the case managers there. We had a family meeting to see how mom was doing, and no one really spoke up to what they think... The original case mgr wasn't there in the meeting..Its Kind of confusing down there.
Let's see if this post is left up. My husband has Grade 4 brain cancer. After some complication we decided he would benefit from inpatient rehab when leaving the hospital. The therapists were great for the short time we were there. That's where the good ends. The rehab doc decided to change his blood thinner without talking to his neuro oncologist or us for that matter. I found out from a nurse. We have to be VERY careful not to cause a brain bleed. I like the facility, but would be glad if I could just get up and walk again, I'm so weak that I have no idea what is causing this. I didn't break anything, but the pain is horrible!!

The staff and facility is outstanding. Highly recommended!
The staff is fantastic!! Doctors are fantastic!! Rooms and building is very nice. Heating and cooling system need to be updated. Rooms are very cool in them. This would be great in the summer, but not in the winter. Everything else is fantastic!!!
