I highly recommend HealthSouth. The staff here is second to none and they are willing to do what it takes to help one to succeed.
My Mom has been in this facility since last Friday. I have no complaints. She is doing so much better. If they continue to help her progress I will be extremely grateful!
I have called your establishment multiple times and left messages for a case manager, with no returned calls. They threw away the progress my grandmother made with not telling us she had tested positive for an infectious disease. Didn't mention it at all- sent her home with it, with no treatment and she then had to be hospitalized for another week. Find rehabilitation elsewhere- my grandmother could have died and infected her loved ones.
This place is incredible and the staff in my opinion is second to none. My father in-law was brought there to rehab from a stroke. The turn around he's made in just a couple of days is remarkable. I want to to thank y'all for all your hard work.
If you have to have something done outside of HealthSouth, that requires a doctors prescription, make sure the prescription is written correctly!!! Make sure the directions are followed at Health South. Today they messed up big time. Big time! Three hour wait because of their mess up, now still waiting after the "new time". Good thing the therapy is good, at least I think it is.
Incredible therapy. State of the equipment and fairly new facility.
