The techs need to be administration because they seem to do their jobs but administration doesn't. I was a stroke patient there and had no issues with the techs as they did what they were told. It's the admins who threatened me with patient jail and cops, not techs. Then a bittersweet rush to remove my trach and feeding tubes came abt because APS got called on yall when yall threatened me. Very negative experience here. Very harmful to our family. We did not receive the care, consideration, or help that was described to us before becoming a patient. We disregarded negative reviews and are now paying for it.
