If you receive home health from encumpace I would say a prayer every night for your or loved ones health I had three great nurses but two iny opinion incompetent nurses both LPN with nursing home employment as experience. The compitant nurses found other jobs higher pay. LPN one put sponge for wound VAC on wrong causing breakdown of good skin. Second LPN caused blister. Agency did not provide sufficient dressings so I purchased myself. They did not supply correct catheters as prescribed by physician. They seem to have issues... read more
