It’s been a very good time living in those apartments. It’s very safe and knowing you have a very peaceful and quiet environment is a perfect fit for a student like me. Also not to forget the PARKING love it, very convenient and safe!!! Would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a safe and peaceful apartments.🫶
I have been living at Enclave Apartments for the past two months, and my experience so far has been excellent! The community is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable living environment. The management team has been responsive and helpful, making the move-in process smooth and hassle-free. Please please so every apartment building doesn't look identical to the next, put the address number somewhere on each building so drivers etc know where to go. Thanks.banks. Especially since the gps location is off.
Don’t trust these 5 star reviews this place is an actual scam. I had a roommate who destroyed my friend and I’s room and they took MY security deposit to pay for his damages. Then threatened to take more. This is a small fraction of the stuff they pulled. These people are VERY scummy last time I checked they had 3 stars no idea how they shot up to 4.5 stars seems odd. I’ve been here about 10 months and I’ve had more problems than I should be having. The washer is very hit or miss every weekend. Ruined clothes, wash cycles full of water, water leaking to the floor, I’ve had it all. The only source of light you get here is the one window in your bedroom. When my roommate and I moved in, parts of the vinyl flooring were torn apart and some of the countertops had old mystery stains that I’m sure we will have to pay for even if it came with the apartment.
