Hello I have been here since February 2025 And I personally give Enclave At Quail Crossing A+ plus an 100 Stars rating!!! From The Office Management to the Maintenance all are one Big Family!!! And I two have a new Family that Loves and care for me!!! I have some disabilities problems and yes when I ask they made my living problems a top notch arrangement !! When I place work orders in they get the Job Done!! Now some of my Grandkids have seek their new home here as well!!! I plan on being here for a long long time!!!
I moved to this property in February and have enjoyed living here. Everyone in the office as well as maintenance and housekeeping have been so kind.
I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have always felt safe. Any time I have an issue, management and the maintenance men handle it quickly! I have made several friends here and my pup loves the dog park area and the trails!
The Enclave is not just an apartment complex, it’s a place to call home. It’s a place where I feel safe with my family. Love the office staff and maintenance. 🫶
Does not make timely repairs. Reported water leak from upstairs on 6/12/25 that flooded our bedroom and patio. As of 6/17 they have pulled up the carpet and replaced with flooring but the flooded drywall is still up in the bedroom, and they have not replaced it in the utility closet on the patio. So our bed is in the living room and our washer and dryer are wrapped in plastic on the patio.
