They are not upfront when signing a lease about all the hidden details etc. They charge you a month's rent for move in being end of Aug and rent for Sept is due the first. Make it almost impossible to transfer a lease before you ever move in. Parents definitely beware and do your homework and get everything in writing!
PARENTS BE AWARE!! What a scam this place is! They solicit new lessees within 2 months of their lease to renew for the following year. My daughters lease started July 1, and due to unexpected circumstances, she submitted notice to vacant by Enclave’s deadline date of March 1, (4 months before her lease ended) which allowed Enclave to lease the unit with no lapse in leasing! We left the apartment immaculate, move in ready. However they are charging us a relet fee of $400!?! I could understand if there was a lapse with renting... read more
RecommendedAs parents ask about upcoming utility bills (at other off campus apartments)for winter, I’m thankful my son chose Enclave!! Thanks for keeping it affordable and a beautiful place to live!

I have lived here for three years and I absolutely love everything about Enclave! I'm going to be sad when I have to leave after graduation.
I have lived here for 2 years and will be sad when I have to move this summer! This has been a place I'm proud to call home and I am glad I spent half of my college time here.
This review is from the viewpoint of a parent. My complaint is regarding management not having a genuine concern for all tenants. Tenants should be able to reside in their home without passive-aggressive behavior, bullying and harassment from their roommate. A tenant should not be uncomfortable in their home because of their roommate's and their live-in boyfriend.
