Unprofessional and completely disrespectful of boundaries! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic. They repeatedly called me all day while I was busy, showing zero consideration for my schedule. When I brought this up and explained that it wasn't okay, instead of apologizing or handling it professionally, the staff member flat out told me they didn't want me as a customer. Best new vet appointment ever! Very friendly staff and doctors, who got on the pets level - didn't force them to get on the table. We had two dogs at same appointment and a visiting dog. They all got treats!
Great staff Very kind and gentle with Barbara
The vet techs are super friendly and I liked that I was able to support my nervous cat in the room for most of the time rather than her being taken back for part of the appointment.
