Went in with engine light on, he later came back with a failed smog test, AND a bill for me to pay, stating that because the light was on, the test failed and I still had to pay!!!!!!! when i asked why did you not tell me in beginning that because of the light test wouldn’t pass he said he doesn’t check the engine light!! what a scammer.
I passed the test! William, the technician is Great! Very Recommend!!!
One of the best smog check shops I’ve been to easy and quick got it done in 20 mins no wait or nothing and the price was very good and reasonable definitely coming back
Came here to get a smog check done and it was way easier than I expected. Smog checks are never something anyone is excited to do, so I appreciate when a place makes it quick, simple, and stress-free. The process was straightforward, the location was convenient, and I didn’t feel like I was wasting half my day. Definitely a solid spot if you need a smog check in the Encino area.
Excellent service
