This doctor performed my QME I let him know that I was taping him, or I should say recording, and he was willing to lie about everything. I reported and all the evidence I have on him into the DWC don’t trust his son of a witch for workers comp. Amazing place! Dr. Levine is very attentive. Quality care and her staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Definitely recommend her!
The billing person who works here is rude as hell and not very accommodating. Not coming back here.
