Would give a zero if I could. They damaged my car. Installed a FUEL PUMP WITH NO FUEL GUAGE IN TANK. , Also, I normally don't mention this (due to, it usually is a "Non-issue"). I'm in a wheelchair & just wanted me out of there Quick! I received sub-par mechanical service & damage to my vehicle as well . JUST cosmetic damage. Was still treated inhumane, man I am a person whom drives a SUV. I budget like everyone else. Really? No fuel gauge. IDK?? I FELT RIPPED OFF.

These folks understand customer service! I have had repairs done by Mike and crew before. Always right, always reasonable! Other day I'm in the pharmacy about 4 blocks away, car wont5 start. I call Mike. He sends twi guys up to check it out. Still won't start. Tow it to the shop. Battery not charging. Bad Alternator? Nope. They find a loose plug. Fully connect it. All good. Total charge ZERO. Happy lifelong customer....PRICELESS. Thanks Mike!

I've taken multiple cars to Mike for more than 10 years. Always great service. If they don't handle a certain type of car, he will tell you and point you in the right direction. Very trustworthy. Good for drop ins and quick turnaround.

Great place. Mike and the crew at Encinas have been my go-to auto repair shop for at least 5 years now. I think I found them by accident, when one of my tires went flat thanks to a nail I picked up in my construction-heavy neighborhood. They repaired the puncture with some fix-a-flat type product, checked my air pressures all around, and then sent me on my way in no time. And I remember being shocked at how little it cost me. Honest, hardworking and reasonably priced. More than once I have taken a car there, and they have told me it didn't need what I thought, it needed something cheaper. We take our four vehicles and our truck there. The stuff they fix stays fixed, too. I've been using these guys for more than 15 years now.

I am very thankful to have Mike at Encinas to take my car to! Being a woman I always feel like car repair shops try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in this area. At Encinas I know that I can trust what they say. If someone else tells me my car needs something, I ask Encinas. If it isn't needed they tell me right off! And they have saved me a lot of money off of repairs I had priced at other shops. I would definitely recommend Encinas!!!

A local favorite of mine I've been taking all of my cars there, for years. They are knowledgeable and experienced, and don't talk down to you. Very Honest and reliable.
