Walked into the Encina bicycle center in Walnut Creek this afternoon and was helped out by Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions (I had lots) and was very excited to help me choose the right MTB fo me. We were able to narrow it down and I will be putting a deposit down and placing an order shortly. The lifetime Free service is too good to be true and will add tremendous value to my purchase. Left a bike to get a new tube. Never called to tell us it was ready for pickup. Got there and front desk person was on the phone for a long time and never even acknowledged me. Finally found a young nice kid who tried to help but then didn't know the cost because no one wrote up a ticket for it. Again a long wait cause his boss was on the phone still. Others walked out after waiting and getting no service. Won't go back!
