Unbeatable Tex-Mex dishes, including burritos, enchiladas, crispy tacos and Migas are available. The restaurant recently expanded and moved to North Austin due to overflowing business in its previous campus location. The now roomy cafe is casual and generally bustling, with efficient and friendly service. The restaurant offers a full bar and serves beer and margaritas at some of the lowest prices to be found.

No Mas! – After hearing people rave about this place my expectations were pretty high. Needless to say, my girlfriend and I were both very disappointed by this place. We ordered combo fajitas for two and they were worse than what you can get at a freakin? Chili?s. The meat was greasy and way too spicy. Moreover, the margaritas were sub-par, the cheese was terrible, the tortillas were average, the decor was non existent, the service was poor, and the wait was long. In a town bursting at the seams with thoroughbred Tex-Mex joi... read more
Worst Mexican food in town. – Avoid the cheese enchiladas at all costs unless you are a big fan of Velveeta. The green sauce tastes like it is straight from the can. The only passable thing was the salsa.
Why? Why? Why do people like this plastic cheese? – All I have to say is FAKE CHEESE that leaves a WAXY COATING in your mouth that NOT EVEN BEER will erase.
Great Fajitas – The beef fajitas here are my favorite in Austin. The restaurant can get very crowded during lunch, and often has people waiting outside. The other things on the menu are good, but the fajitas are definately the reason to come back.
Simply the Best – Y Mas is my favorite place to go for Mexican food. I always take out of town guests there for breakfast or lunch or dinner. My Austin friends and I eat there a lot. Great food!
Excellent Hole-In-the-Wall – Definitely get the beef faijitas. They are the best I have ever eaten. This place is a great value for your dollar - an excellent lunch spot!
What I miss about Austin – This place is wonderful. The food, fajitas, and enchiladas with ranchero sauce is incredible. Since we moved to Florida we've considered flying back just for our "Enchiladas y Mas" fix! There are many mexican restaurants here in Jacksonville, but NONE compare to Austin's own EYM. La Napolera management-take a trip to Austin and see what real tex-mex can be.............
Not bad but... – After all the rave reviews I expected better. Yes, the fajita meat has a great seasoning. Yes, the enchilada sauce is quite tasty. Yes, the portions are huge. But they only use American cheese, not really my fav, and the beans come only in refried (with shortening) style. If these things don't bother you, you'll probably be quite happy eating here.
¡Las enchiladas son las mejores! – The enchiladas are much better than the fajitas in my opinion (IMO). I ate there and ordered the steak/chicken fajitas and the beef enchiladas in order to see which was better. Based on the description of the restaurant, the fajitas were deemed better than the enchiladas, but although the fajitas were decent, the enchiladas were far superior! I ended up eating there again the very next day and just ordered beef enchiladas again. I WILL be going there again tomorrow (for my fourth time!).
Enchiladas Y Mas has a 4.5 star rating with 2,145 reviews.
Enchiladas Y Mas is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
