My first visit today for an early dinner. Wow! My new favorite place, everything is sooo delicious and fresh. Our waitress brought out several sauces to sample, which helped us in deciding what to order. I had 2 enchiladas, one brisket and one chicken, smothered in their Hatch pepper sauce, which was out of this world good! Mary Perez, the owner, came out from the kitchen to chat with us about her cooking. Such a delightful lady. Can’t wait to come back! Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
The food was great. The service was pretty good too. There is not enough parking though. It was a nice experience for my first time there. I will go back.
Brisket Hatch Enchiladas Game over!!! Mary and her team will make you smile. Just say those three words.
