RecommendedWe decided to eat at enchiladas olé today since they are sponsoring a fellow racer Kyle Jones. We found out firsthand just how good the food really was. Best queso and enchiladas I have eaten since I lived in San Antonio. Come check them out, you won’t be sorry.
We drove an HOUR to get this place and was not disappointed AT ALL.!! My hubby judges every Mexican restaurant by their queso and theirs was to die for. The service was the best in town. They let us try all the different sauces before ordering and made some pretty good recommendations. They made the experience such a good one and we will definitely be coming back for more. Thanks for supporting Kyle Jones and the racing community.🏎💨🏁❤️
I love their Hatch brisquit enchiladas. They have the best flavor of any enchiladas ever.

Best enchiladas in DFW! Their salsa and queso are delicious. You can’t go wrong with any entree, my favorite are the hatch brisket enchiladas.
Food wasn’t to good & too expensive
Menu variety good, service a bit slow but waiter/waitress friendliness made up for that
