Enchiladas Ole used to be a great thing, they didn’t have gimmicky names for their foods and they didn’t pander to the masses. The first time I tried it I loved it. Family meal with 5 enchiladas,rice and beans used to be $18 now I believe it’s close to $40. I understand they gained popularity however last time I was in it felt no different than stepping into on the border or posados. They moved to a fancier neighborhood and jacked their prices up. I’ve been going to Enchiladas olé for six years now. It’s still my favorite restaurant. The food is always amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly.
The fajitas were great. The beans and rice had a homemade and delicious flavor. I was pleased with the curbside pickup, and the convenience of online ordering during this pandemic. I was disappointed about the margaritas. It is difficult to tell if there’s any alcohol in the super sour mix; so I thought maybe they forgot to give me the tequila to mix in. I called to ask and apparently it is already mixed in. Definitely not worth the $60 for the gallon.
Everything is delicious. beans are awesome, not just a side dish. They compliment the meal.
