Best Doctor in Valencia County Great Staff. Love the extras in the office . Makes you feel safe and cared for.
I sincerely appreciated being seen as soon as possible to get a biopsy done, however I am very disappointed in the front desk coordinator, who is often quite rude, even with minute inquiries. I did not appreciate my biopsy results thrown at me over the counter when I asked for a copy of them for my records. I understand the office is probably busy, but that is not the way patients should be treated. The office is beautiful and the medical staff is very good, but I do not feel it is right to be treated so lowly the moment one... read more

Sabrina is amazing but the quality in customer service has gotten so bad. The front desk is so rude and not helpful even with just scheduling an appointment.
