I love the dental care I get but usually am disappointed with the greeting I get from front desk when I arrive. Most recently, one person was on the phone and the other talking to another patient. So I sat down. Other patients came in after me. Then one of the staff at front desk asked a patient who had come in after me if she had signed in. I think they should greet in some way, even if it's waving, and make sure they pay attention to who came in first so that one feels welcome. I don't feel welcome when I arrive. I DO feel... read more
Cleaning was done well. Strange to say but going to the dentist is a great experience.
While living in CO I had the same dentist for over 10 years. Even after I moved out of the area I would still drive 100 miles to see my same dentist. When I moved to NM I was not excited to have to find a new one, but I will definitely keep coming here for years to come. I met with Dr. Elledge and he was very nice and personable. The hygienists were fantastic and such great people to talk to. Thank you for making my search easy.
I was impressed with the quality in the cleaning and maintenance I received.
