I had my 6 month cleaning. My dental hygienist is one of the best I have had work on my teeth.
Other than a rather awkward (and unprofessional) confrontation from one of the front desk secretaries about the time frame since my last visit, the experience was excellent. Maybe the customer service could focus on friendliness and professionalism rather than trying to guilt trip patients/clients of your dental business on the period of time since their last visit.
