My first experience was refreshing. I was impressed with the level of customer service. I felt like I was an established patient who had been going there for years. Dr. Eldridge & the staff seem to love what they do. I'm always a little apprehensive about denist visits - bad experiences; their positive attitiudes made a difference. I've already referred them to two co-workers!

There was a bit of confusion on the initial exam, the dental assistant didn't realize I was scheduled for a cleaning as well as the initial exam. Friendly and pleasant staff.
