My wife and I left our old dental practice due to poor quality dental work and poor customer care. We found Pittsboro Family Dentistry and WOW, what an amazing experience!! The entire staff was very polite and genuinely helpful. The hygienists and doctor were very informative, gentle, kind and seemed to enjoy their work. I wish we would have found this place a long time ago. The staff even helped us find some discounted rates for myself because I don't have dental insurance. I stopped in to make an appointment to have a tooth extraction because of numerous visits to my physician to receive antibiotics for infections.The staff scheduled me that very day, Great I thought. After the appointment, where exstensive work was planned ,another appointment was set for 2 days later. The second appointment had to be rescheduled the morning of the planned visit,(Jury Duty call) I was informed that the earliest Next opening was May 8th, some 45 days later and that I would need to see an Oral Surgeon now. Our office can be intermittently very busy, so some gap of time is not unusual following an initial visit before patients can be scheduled for non-emergency treatment.
