This nail salon is very clean and well-managed. Everyone in there is so nice and friendly. Great customer service and I always have a great experience there. Stacy is the owner, and cares that you had a positive experience.
I have previously had good experiences at this salon, so I went back today for a manicure due to a nail breaking while I am in town. The employee who greeted me was so friendly, but the experience after that was terrible. My technician was so rude to me that I considered just getting up and leaving before he even started on my nails. The end result looks awful - the shapes are all uneven, the cuticles weren’t touched, and he nicked a finger without even acknowledging/apologizing for it.
