Cute place, nice greeters, horrible experience with male doing pedi. First, and I think maybe a non-certified practice, starts using a cuticle cutter to RIP OFF gel from my toe nails, I had to ask him to stop because it HURT. I made a mistake and should have stopped then, but was embarrassed that in a very crowded salon had to ask someone to stop doing something harmful to my nails. Down hill from there. Nail technician here and one of the cleanest and well practiced shops I've been in. My nail tech was really nice and professional. Did his job exceptional well and was patient. Especially sense the service took two hours because my nails were so long and thick it took forever to soak them but he did a great job.

They do ok nails at best but the worst part is the staff. They already work slow as ever but then they sit and talk to each other all day and get distracted. I had a 2:30 appointment I didn’t leave till 4:30 and all I got was a pedicure.
