I absolutely loved my experience! The atmosphere is amazing, her personality is refreshing and extremely friendly and, of course her skills are awesome. I came in looking to get red highlights done with no previous color done to my hair and she was very excited and walked me through the process she was going to do.
I've been going to Rum for 7 years now and she's incredible! She has such a positive personality and her work is always fantastic, I'm always excited for our appointments and leave feeling beautiful and confident every time
It has been years since I have went in to see Rum. My hair desperately missed her. I walked in my mind set on full color and a hair trim. Rum took one look at me and said nope that is not what we are doing. She knows I am not one to keep up the maintenance that a full coverage requires. Just got my haircut today by Rum, I love it! Just exactly what I asked for with her professional opinion on what would look best with my face shape and hair texture. She was efficient, knowledgeable and you can just tell she loves to work with hair. She is a natural at it, will be coming back for trims
