I have ordered arrangements from Enchanted several times. They have always been beautiful and lasted. Unfortunately, this arrangement started wilting within hours of delivery. Why am I still giving 5 stars? Because, after a very pleasant conversation with Lance, my wife had a replacement within a hour. The care taken on the replacement was apparent and incredibly beautiful. I find that many establishments have forgotten what customer care is. Enchanted has not! Thank you and I will be back again soon.

It was great working with Shay and team! Lance followed through and followed up after the delivery and we're very satisfied. We're another local school that can count on Enchanted Florist for our floral needs!
