Such a great experience! I placed an order for a sympathy floral arrangement for my neighbor, whose husband unexpectedly passed away. I placed the order at around 2:00 pm and requested same day delivery. I wasn't sure if it would actually get delivered same day, as the request was kind of late, but it did! My neighbor told me they were the best flowers she had ever received and that it came on a day that she really needed it. Thank you so much Enchanted Florist!!
Easy online ordering, great customer service, BUATIFUL flowers, and most importantly, quick delivery! I placed a last-minute order for a flower delivery for a colleague. I couldn't decide on an arrangement so the shop took care of the design. The arrangement was beautiful, vibrant, and colorful. The recipient loved it as well.
I wish there was less than one star rating for feedback! I ordered flowers buckets for condolence of my friend dad, they didn’t deliver it and keep telling we delivered without any confirmation. After multiple emails back and forth and a week passed apologies for inconvenience. They offered refunds, but you could imagine how many people orders like me and they do not follow up if their orders. I find out by chance.
Its not open while google says they are open. We wasted our time driving there and we found they are closed! They must keep their working ours updated to respects others time!
Very professional, very nice, and I’d have to say Shay is a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend
