I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. I paid about $130 for a customized anniversary bouquet (their “Designer Floral Arrangement”) and what I received was a very small, underwhelming bouquet that was nowhere near worth the price charged. The service was equally frustrating. They did not notify me of any issues until I returned to the store at the scheduled pickup time. At that point, they told me they would “add more flowers” but only after the owner returned—an hour later, which was already past my pic... read more
