Flowers were delivered to an incorrect address and the recipient that received them on accident delivered them himself to the correct recipient. When they actually arrived some of them were wilted and had to be cut out. For the amount of money that I spent I expect a little fresher selection of flowers. And then delivering them to the wrong place? What a joke, upon calling them I was simply told that the delivery driver is very serious about her deliveries and no other actions were taken. Last time I’ll order from them

The team at Enchanted Florist is great to work with: they are so creative with their arrangements (and making a bride's vision come to life on a strict budget), and they have great customer service. I told Kristine the colors of the wedding, a couple of my favorite flowers, and my budget and her ideas started flowing instantly.
