I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the wreath I purchased from Enchanted Bloom Florist. After struggling to find an open florist following New Year’s, I located Enchanted Bloom through an online search and called to confirm they were open. Enchanted Blooms exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, helpful and very prompt. I had an issue when ordering online (a fault of my own) and I called the shop. They helped me immediately to get the perfect, absolutely gorgeous arrangement that was delivered the next day.
I couldn’t be more blown away! On December 5th, my gorgeous arrangement was delivered to my hotel and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The florist was very responsive when I reached out about my order. She arrived right on time and even followed up with a thoughtful text confirming everything had been delivered.
