I ordered bereavement flowers for my friend a few months ago, but they were delivered to the wrong unit. I was unable to check the status until just recently (I did not find it appropriate to call my friend and ask her if she received the flowers while grieving). I reached out to the shop and the owner sent me a picture of the delivery. The unit number was visible in the picture. It was not the correct unit number (the one I included in my order).
