Stay away! They lost our reservation, locked us out, lied to us, and terrible customer service didn't do anything to rectify the situation. My fiancé, now husband, and I selected Enchanté, for our wedding night. We came in person months in advance to select our room and booked it right then and there. My now husband called twice in the weeks leading up to our wedding to confirm that the reservation was set and that we would be good to go. He was assured by staff that everything was set. This place is incredible. Beautiful hotel, the staff is very helpful and offer many ideas.
This place is a gem. My wife and I had such a great time. All of the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Christian was the manager when we were there and he is exceptional. The restaurant was amazing....pork chop for my wife and my filet mignon was fantastic. Breakfast was also great. Nothing bad to report at all for our stay. Bed was comfortable, fireplace was a nice touch and heated the room. Would totally recommend to anyone and would absolutely stay there again.
