The staff are so pleasant and very helpful every time. Even when I lived many states away, and had to do my banking by phone, they were very patient with this elderly lady. i believe I've been a member for about 48 years.

Very pleased with the service that I receive from the EFCU. I no longer live in the Tulsa area, but they help me whenever I need it. The only thing that I wish they had was a branch in the Dallas area. There are so many Oklahomans that live here, it would be a nice bonus.😁
