Mitch and team did an excellent job providing a new crawlspace opening cover, interior drain, mold remediation, encapsulation, dehumidifier, sump pump with Wifi monitoring and correcting some water damage to sill plates from the past. The mold remediation has the floor joists looking like new. Water was entering from several sides of the crawl space and the humidity levels in the home were in the upper 60 - 70% range at times. Mitch, your guys (Thomas and Jordan) were very professional and did an excellent job. My plumber and my general contractor were very impressed with both the work and the cost. They also mentioned that it is the current builder recommendation that all new homes have an encapsulated crawl space and no vents.
