And I will post each time you delete. The implant in my mouth looksl like a toy made overnight. I paid aTON for it and my inurance was fradulently billed for items not in my mouth. I now have to pay between $60K and $100K to have the work completely redone per oral surgeon/MD. Do your research with Arizona Dental Board and KimMac and Ken Oishi. Insurance doesn't pay for malpractice or procedures done wrong. I am devastated I trusted this man.
Very good and friendly atmosphere, but very very expensive tooth removal and xray $375.00. Sadly, I was in pain, so I had no other options. Friendly staff, but make sure you have money....

Today, I called to reschedule an appointment I had today. I was informed in a matter of fact tone that I would be charged a rescheduling fee because my appointment was today. I understand if it was a cancel on day of appointment, but a rescheduling fee? I then had to ask how much it was. It took him a pause before he answered $50.
