Let's start with the positives: The apartment complex itself is nice and clean. Pretty well maintained. The new managers are nice and aside from one girl that we've always had an issue with that is always rude for no apparent reason. I've seen her behave this way with other tenants. She is currently on leave so things have been a bit more pleasant when visiting the office. Maintainence is wonderful and the maintence team is great and here 7 days a week. Amazing! Our leasing agent Nichole at the leasing office is awesome. Super communicative, always helpful, and she really goes out of her way to make things easy. Service requests get handled super fast, and I’m excited for Taco Tuesday by the pool!
Nichole and the gentleman at the leasing office are spectacular. They are always very communicative, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I really appreciate the excellent service, it makes living here such a great experience.
Kyle is absolutely amazing!! We had some issues that needed to be resolved in our unit and we couldn’t be more happy to have Kyle assist. Not only did he take it seriously and communicated promptly, he stayed longer than he was scheduled to make sure the job was taken care of properly and did it with pride— not to mention followed up the next day and made sure everything was done and working properly.
