This place has NO cameras and crime has significantly risen. There have been numerous vehicle break ins as well as stolen bicycles. Recently also the murder of 8 year old Noah McIntosh, which has been a top story in the news happened here. The people at the office don't seem to care when someone reports a theft. They simply direct you to file a police report with a smirk on their face. For the price of rent here, you can get at least another location with cameras. My Husband and I have lived here for about 3 1/2 years now, my experience has been really nice. Maintenance is quick and really nice. They are friendly and take the time to say hello and ask how you are doing. no robots here! The community is beautiful and so nice to walk the path along the golf course for some really pretty sights. THE TACO GUY ON TUESDAYS ARE OUR #1 HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK. Steven , Dominic and Daniel in maintenance replaced my washer and did an amazing job.
We’ve lived at Encanto for some time. It’s been a mixed experience which is why I’ve docked a star. That said, were recently had a 5-star experience from Steven in maintenance who helped us out with some long-term appliance issues we have experienced during our extended time in the community. His support and professionalism was exceptional and truly brought relief to our daily lives. Thank you, Steven!
Let's start with the positives: The apartment complex itself is nice and clean. Pretty well maintained. The new managers are nice and aside from one girl that we've always had an issue with that is always rude for no apparent reason. I've seen her behave this way with other tenants. She is currently on leave so things have been a bit more pleasant when visiting the office. Maintainence is wonderful and the maintence team is great and here 7 days a week.
