So many bad reviews…..& for the most part they are telling the truth. 😩 So for one, the house I was given was …. “Decent” I will say they don’t advertise the property the way it really is. The pool area had rust so that created a bad taste in my mouth from jump because like why.🤨 I love the living room space.♥️ The rooms were “okay” I mean I used it for what it is used for but nothing special about the rooms. The location is great if you're going to Disney. It was a 10 minute ride to Animal Kingdom and 15 minutes to the other parks. Most of the condos are privately owned. The condo we were in is obviously privately owned and appears to be rented all the time. For the most part, it was clean. Three bedroom. Master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom queen bed and third bedroom with two twin beds. The two twins seemed to be fairly new. The other two beds need to be replaced. Horrible experience. The rooms are not furnished by the Resort. The furniture in my room was at least 50 years old, worn dirty spots on the couch. Chunks of the furniture missing and the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The pool was filthy. I asked for my money back for false advertisement and they refused to give me back my deposit. I tried to speak to the manager. They refused and told me they would call me back and never did. This went on for about 3 weeks. Great value for the space and rooms. The reason for the low score. Is no staff on site to help with issues. The phone number given goes to "the front desk" I notified them of sinks and toilets not working, lizards and frogs in the unit in rooms and running on my kids. Tv issues, shower issues , the hose running into the pool constantly on and spraying wall, no saftey gates for the pool with toddlers that can open doors this should be addressed being a vacation spot for families and the need for service.
