Worst customer service experience ever! They will never help you with any concerns. I had to go to the front desk and call about 6 times to ask for a trash bag and nope!!!! Still, 6 hours later, no trash bag insight. I have to go to target now. Also, bathtub was literally green and disgusting 🤢 the whole place was filthy and sticky. Don’t even get me started on the mattress situation. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!
Very near to the parks and so safe and clean .... It's pet friendly with lots of areas for the dogs to play
The rooms are nice but the pool is green and they shocked it once then came back and shocked it again. At this point the pool won’t be ready until we’re about to check out. The service is mediocre at best so far. Should have stayed at the holiday inn and saved some money and been able to use the general pool into the evening. BTW the general pool is closed at sunset.
As a whole it’s ok but the pool is green and filled with algae.
