Great value for the space and rooms. The reason for the low score. Is no staff on site to help with issues. The phone number given goes to "the front desk" I notified them of sinks and toilets not working, lizards and frogs in the unit in rooms and running on my kids. Tv issues, shower issues , the hose running into the pool constantly on and spraying wall, no saftey gates for the pool with toddlers that can open doors this should be addressed being a vacation spot for families and the need for service. Muy lindo barrio, muy cuidado, la casa adosada muy limpia con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en paz y cerca de las atracciones
Las casas muy lindas y bien equipadas la ubicación buena si estás en auto pero la atención de recepción deja mucho que desear no aceptan dinero en efectivo para pagar el Fee de limpieza y demás y no te guardan la valija ni aunque te cobren yo estuve alojada 4 noches después me fui y volví 4 noches más y ni siquiera ahí tuvieron la delicadeza de guardarnos la valija me pareció muy malo de su parte y cero colaboración, para la próxima voy a elegir otros lugar que al menos colabore un poco más

AVOID THIS RESORT. There are a lot of wonderful resort communities in the Kissimmee, FL area. There is no need to risk having a dissapointing stay by staying at Encantada. When you book a stay there are fees that are not obviously stated in your expected costs. Even if you are paying prior to your stay, when you check-in they will add costs and fees that you did not expect.
