We are current renters and we were told that things were going to get fixed in our unit before we moved in. We moved in and nothing was fixed. We also right off the bat noticed that there was mold growing in the bathroom. I took a picture of it and sent it to Alex, who we have been dealing with. She said that she would get it done. ENC HOA is lucky to have Lisa Pase. She worked with us regarding an issue we had at our unit in Tara. She wasted no time in being proactive and got the ball rolling to resolve our problem. She's the best!
Customer service was great. The ladies up front were super sweet and chatty! Kiki and Tracey were awesome! I stopped by to get my pool card activated and they even gave me a free pair of cute sunglasses! Absolutely love my rental company.
I came in to receive my pool key today and Kiki and Lisa were awesome. They took care of my every needs. They asked if there was anything else that I could do. They could do to help my experience at Tara Court any better and I told him everything was great. I recommend anybody to them when they come toENC Pirates Realty
Lisa is community manager for the Mellon Downs and she does a fabulous job of keeping the community and board members informed on any issues or happenings in our neighborhood. She has an attention to detail on documentation and the laws of the HOA. Great having her in the leadership position and she has definitely raised the bar for future community leaders.
