I have been doing Enara for about 6 months it is slow and steady for me but it is a life style change and something I am able to stick to love my dietician Vivica and Letica and all of the other staff love the program definitely helps you
Dr B and staff are awesome 👏 if your overnight have diabetes like me this is the place to go the tailor made weight loss program has been fantastic I have never felt better my sugars are in awesome control and I now weigh less then I did when I was in High School from a 46 to 36 from XXL to Large Thank you John
