My husband and I visited Enamel Dentistry for the first time yesterday. We had heard great things about the office and needed a new dentist, as ours was retiring. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Dr. Wylie and her team were excellent in assessment of our current oral health. She took all the time needed to carefully explain any issues and make sure that all our questions were answered. Dr. Wylie and Alex were absolutely incredible. After a prior dental experience that left me feeling anxious and discouraged, I came in feeling really nervous about my dental health. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Wylie took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that finally made sense to me, and she immediately picked up on my anxiety. Honestly this is probably the best dentistry experience I've ever had. Everyone I came into contact with during my visit, between the receptionist, dental hygienist/assistant, and Dr. Petersen were all incredibly kind and welcoming! They were very accommodating and respectful of my request for a second opinion on another dentist's diagnosis, and they were more than happy to answer all my questions and concerns. By far one of the dentist offices out there. The receptionist are wonderful and make scheduling/changing appointments so easy! The dentists and assistants very respectful and great at what they do. I wouldn’t normally take the time to fill out a survey, but I can’t recommend this place enough!
I have always had the very best experiences with this location! Every single person on the staff is so welcoming and is very talented at making you feel instantly comfortable. The exams are thorough, but everyone who has worked on me has had a gentle touch. Even my partner, who has a big fear of anything medical due to poor past experiences, said this was far and away the best dental experience he has ever had, and he is looking forward to returning after straightening out unrelated insurance issues.
