Today I visited Enamel Dental for a routine check-up as a new patient, and I had a great experience. The warm and welcoming environment made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly and attentive. They guided me through the X-rays and made sure I was at ease in the chair. They clearly explained each step and showed genuine care during my visit. I love Dr. Palhan & her staff! Each time I visit Enamel Dental for my appointments, the staff is friendly, professional, & efficient. I have never had to wait, they're always ready for me! The care I receive is excellent, and I am treated as a valued patient/family member! I live quite a distance from Enamel Dental, but it is well worth the drive!
Conservative and fair. Been coming here for years and trust Dr Palhan. Had to switch insurance a couple years and experienced other dentist aggressive and high cost approaches. Happy to be back to Enamel Dental.
Every time I came here, I felt overcharged. Even though insurance normally covers at least two cleanings per year, we were asked to swipe a card at every visit. Each “cleaning” came with a bill, plus unnecessary x-rays that only drove costs higher. My mother’s deep cleaning lasted about 10 minutes, and mine was just as rushed. We never received a proper treatment plan or explanation, only surprise charges. This feels more like a money grab than patient care, and we will not be returning.
