Everything waS excellent
I didn't feel that the staff made the extra effort to clean my teeth in my last visit. The equipment was apparently malfunctioning and the new dental assistant had to manually scrape my teeth clean on her first day. Unfortunately, I had to leave with stains on my teeth. I feel that the team could have been more diligent and could have taken more time to ensure that the cleaning went up to my standards. Instead I was just hearing the run around... No bueno!

1. Restroom Light is very DIM . 2. The Patient Checkin monitor duing checkin displays SSN in clear view , the monitor is facing the waiting area for everybody to see .

When I visited Dental concepts first time, I had a different view about dentists in my mind ( based on friend’s bad experience of other dentists). After visiting a Dentalconcepts couple of times and getting excellent treatment and services by Dr. Patel and his staff, Dr Patel has taken away my fear of the dentist and totally changed my view now.
