I purchased a house with a new hot water tank under rental from this company. I assumed this company would be fine based on reviews, but it has been a nightmare which is why I am writing this review. My family was told that our furnace system was rusted and possibly leaking carbon monoxide and rusted and that there was risk of fire. We called John for a second opinion and he sent someone to take a look immediately. It turns out that endurance was just fine and did not need any replacing. WARNING: $15,000 for a $6,000 Furnace/AC? Avoid En Saving Inc. at all costs. Over the last 10 years, I have paid them $14,914.64 for a furnace and AC that retailed for roughly $6,000. That is a 250% markup. Now that my 120-month term is ending (April 2026), they are refusing to comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2023. They are legally required to provide a transparent buyout schedule that drops to zero, but they are instead demanding thousands of dollars for 10-year-old equipment with zero warranty remaining.
