I called this company to inquire about some technical information on a 3-axis Yushin robot the company I work for owns. The technical support person I talked to was not very helpful. The attitude and tone of the language she used was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She wouldn’t even say her name because she “wouldn’t want to get in trouble”. Unprofessional! They could do better.
