I called in and asked to talk to the owner of the salon or a manger. The person who picked up said no one was in/ the salon did not have this designation. When I asked if it's possible to come back and get a problem fixed I was told verbatim, "I can't. I don't have time now I'm busy." then they proceeded to hang up. My hair was healthy and beautiful when I walked in, and I requested ash-blonde highlights from the service provider, Heidi. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like what I asked for. The highlights were done poorly, and my hair was left badly damaged. It became stretchy like elastic, which indicates chemical damage. Susanne is amazing: she listens to her customer and does exactly as you wish. Always good results be that a haircut, highlights, balayage or ombre. I've tried it all. My daughter and I have been her customers for more than 10 years now. 1 star off for the place itself, it seams that it doesn't have lots of customers and not well kept or great to look at.
