My hair was healthy and beautiful when I walked in, and I requested ash-blonde highlights from the service provider, Heidi. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like what I asked for. The highlights were done poorly, and my hair was left badly damaged. It became stretchy like elastic, which indicates chemical damage. Susanne is amazing: she listens to her customer and does exactly as you wish. Always good results be that a haircut, highlights, balayage or ombre. I've tried it all. My daughter and I have been her customers for more than 10 years now. 1 star off for the place itself, it seams that it doesn't have lots of customers and not well kept or great to look at.

I’ve had such a great experience with Kevin! He’s truly unique and clearly knows what he’s doing. From the haircut to the styling, everything was done with such skill and attention to detail. I’m super happy with the results and definitely recommend him!
